New coverage functionality on the a.s.r. insurance platform, delivered to a launch date set outside engineering and across APIs owned by other teams. I lead the track, which is the planning and the alignment as much as the building.

The main entry point for every incoming insurance application at one of the largest insurers in the Netherlands. I extended it to dozens more employers, cut the internal errors that were stranding applications, and designed and ran the release process around it.

a.s.r. needed a new identity applied across its corporate platform, and the obstacle was the component layer underneath it. I restructured that layer first, covered it with automated tests, and then rolled the change out across a live commercial platform.

The a.s.r. corporate platform moved off Sitecore and Vite onto headless Contentstack and Nuxt.js, over a track of more than a year, while it stayed up for visitors the whole way.

The data warehouse behind Boekjaar's automated annual reporting, and the accounting integrations that feed it. Built alongside the co founder, so users can run their own fiscal year analysis instead of waiting for one.

Six years at Qfact, from 2018 to 2024, on one microservices SaaS platform used daily by thousands of people for complex analysis. I moved from building it to leading four developers on it.

A new event store for the Qfact SaaS platform, built with the software architect. It persists business logic as events and gives the platform an audit trail that meets government compliance requirements.
