Delivered improvements to a.s.r.'s multi-step policy application flow, the primary channel through which customers apply for insurance products and submit sensitive personal information. Security, data correctness, and functional reliability were the non-negotiable requirements: every step needed to handle applicant data accurately and without fault. The work also made the flow more user friendly, reducing friction in a process that is high stakes for customers and central to a.s.r.'s core business.
